What You’ll Do
As a Senior Talent Partner, you will play a strategic and hands-on role in attracting, engaging, and hiring top talent across sales, technology, and product teams in a competitive digital marketplace environment. You will be a trusted advisor to leaders, helping to build and scale high-performing teams that drive business growth and innovation.
You will:
- Own full-cycle recruitment for key positions across the company, focusing on leadership, sales, digital, and technology roles.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract top-tier talent in digital marketplaces, SaaS, and tech-driven industries.
- Build talent pipelines through social media, data-driven recruitment, and emerging hiring trends.
- Partner with hiring managers and leadership to define talent needs, assess skill gaps, and develop workforce strategies.
- Leverage data and analytics to track hiring metrics, optimize processes, and drive recruitment decisions.
- Enhance employer branding by developing and promoting TI’s culture across multiple recruitment channels.
- Stay ahead of market trends, salary benchmarks, and recruitment technology to continuously improve hiring effectiveness.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting, with a focus on digital, tech, and sales hiring.
- Proven success in recruiting for high-growth, data-driven, or digital marketplace companies.
- Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and influence hiring decisions at all levels.
- Experience leveraging recruitment tech and tools, including ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and LMS systems.
- A data-driven mindset, using hiring metrics and insights to optimize recruiting processes.
- Ability to navigate a fast-paced, evolving environment, juggling multiple priorities with ease.
Bonus Points:
- Experience recruiting in SaaS, eCommerce, or digital marketplaces.
- A background in technical recruiting, hiring for engineering, product, and data teams.
- Knowledge of compensation strategies and hiring best practices for scaling sales and tech teams.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Communications, or a related field.
