What You’ll Do:
The Search Specialist is a hard-working, analytical and dynamic digital media professional with client focus in mind. You are part of the next generation of data-driven optimization experts, making a lasting impression as we advance our biddable media activation offering.
As a Search Specialist, you are responsible for development of strategic biddable media recommendations, for your book of business. Upon approval from the client, Search Specialist will own the development of their own search campaign. Search Specialist will manage paid search campaigns and other pay-per-click (PPC) marketing activities to drive traffic and customers to a website. The main focus of the role is to optimize online visibility, conduct keyword research, implement PPC strategies, and analyze data to improve campaign performance. The Search Specialist will deeply care about proper execution and service levels provided with best-in-class collaboration across multiple teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop campaign strategy with the internal or external client teams
- Create, manage, and optimize PPC campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other search engines.
- Identify relevant keywords and phrases for target audiences and test their effectiveness in campaigns.
- Track, analyze, and report on key metrics such as click-through rates, conversion rates, and ROI to measure campaign effectiveness.
- Identify trends and insights from data analysis to optimize campaigns for better performance, including ad copy, landing pages, and targeting.
- Manage campaign expenses and ensure that budgets are allocated effectively to achieve desired results. Work with internal and external stakeholders to align SEM strategies with overall digital marketing goals. Evaluate the best avenues and draw conclusions that are both data and marketing driven from client campaigns on a tactical level
- Provide advanced actionable insights and implement them to see campaign take shape
- Keep up with new and innovative technology trends
Qualifications:
- College or University degree required
- 2-4 years of experience in biddable media space
- Experience activating search campaigns
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, stakeholders, and clients.
- Ability to identify and resolve issues that arise in campaigns.
- Experience: Experience with PPC advertising platforms, keyword research, and campaign management.
- Knowledge and passion for performance media outcomes
- Strong communicator/collaborator
- Well organized/diligent/detailed oriented
- Strong numerical and computer expertise
- Inquisitive, out of the box thinker
- Accountable
Bonus Points:
- Experience in the commercial vehicle, recreational vehicle, or automotive digital media industries
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing or related field
