What You’ll Do:
The Revenue Manager builds relationships with buyers, sellers, sales reps, and partners. This role manages a team of Closing Advocates and support staff, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant transactions. They are responsible for meeting financial targets, achieving customer satisfaction goals, and developing strategic plans to support growth, including budget management. Additionally, the Revenue Manager identifies and develops "post-sale" revenue opportunities, building partnerships for ancillary products and services, and creating a profitable Closing Services team.
- Build strategic, tactical, business, organizational and financial plans
- Meet monthly closing and revenue goals
- Meet customer satisfaction goals and, where necessary, mitigate the concerns of dissatisfied customers by following up daily with unhappy customers
- Build projections, budgets, and organization structures for each area of responsibility maintaining, reporting on, and adjusting as needed
- Manage department within budget
- Contribute to the development of projections and manage department to meet projections Manage Closing Advocates and other team members
- Build training curriculum for team implementing content
- Work with marketing team to build collateral to promote and/or educate customers about closing services
- Document processes and policies for department insuring strict adherence to these guidelines Build and maintain guidelines for team and company articulating the titling, tax, contractual and regulatory requirements across all products sold for all 50 states and each province of Canada
- Lead team to complete each transaction fully in a timely manner
- Implement and manage a QA process that meets all regulatory and customer satisfaction requirements
- Identify, hire and/or manage Closing Services team members
- Manage the delivery of ancillary sales
- Identify partnerships with third party companies in the sales of products that enhance the
- consumer's ownership experience working with business development to implement the products of these partners into the closing sales process
- Embraces, coaches, and evangelizes values and principles across the organization and in the community.
- Effectively facilitates team meetings
- Attend Weekly Leadership Team meetings
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor's Degree with 10+ years' experience in sales or product delivery
- Demonstrated management experience
- Performs related work and additional duties as needed or required.
- Maintain a competitive edge through continuous self-development as a core competency and freely share relevant information for the benefit of the entire team.
- Deep understanding of core product areas, contractual law, and regulatory requirements Experience should include demonstrated ability to facilitate and lead group planning, design, and process improvement sessions.
- Business management and entrepreneurial experience desired
- Must be proficient in the Google productivity suite, process mapping and design tools, and dev tools
- Must be self-directed with a high level of reasoning and problem-solving ability related to information structure/analysis, communication tactics, and consumer facing problem solving.
