What You’ll Do
The Premium Seller Account Specialist is responsible for the seller journey from initial onboarding through long-term relationship development and retention. This position combines account management with operational excellence to ensure optimal client experiences while maximizing revenue across our Premium Seller Network. This role will serve as the primary advocate for our premium sellers, driving their success through personalized support, guidance, and account optimization.
Inventory & Listing Operations Management
- Inventory Tracking: Maintain oversight of seller inventory levels, turnover rates, and maximize sales velocity
- Listing Creation: Collaborate with Pop Consultants to develop listings that increase visibility, engagement, and conversion rates
- Publishing Process Management: Oversee publishing process, ensuring listings meet platform standards, document requirements, and market best practices
Client Communication & Problem Resolution
- Primary Contact: Serve as the dedicated point of contact for all seller inquiries, providing responsive, knowledgeable support
- Problem Resolution: Identify potential challenges before they escalate, implementing resolution strategies that maintain seller satisfaction
- Communication: Develop and execute communication strategies that keep sellers informed of platform updates, market trends, and optimization opportunities
Performance Analytics & Market Optimization
- Metrics Monitoring: Track and analyze key performance indicators including listing performance, lead conversion rates, average sale prices, and time-to-sale metrics
- Market Positioning: Execute pricing adjustments, listing updates, and marketing changes to optimize seller performance
Ongoing Client Success & Communication
- Regular Update Communications: Establish consistent communication to share platform updates, industry best practices, and new feature announcements
- Consultant Coordination: Maintain communication with Pop Consultants throughout sales processes
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee complete account journey from onboarding through ongoing relationship maintenance
- Manage inventory tracking, listing creation, and publishing processes
- Serve as primary point of contact, ensuring responsive communication and problem resolution
- Oversee offer processes, negotiations, and closing procedures to ensure smooth transactions
- Monitor account performance metrics and implement improvement strategies
- Execute pricing adjustments, listing updates, and market positioning changes
- Perform data entry and processing tasks to keep seller information up-to-date
- Manage a portfolio of PSN account & providing personalized support
- Build and maintain detailed data spreadsheets to track seller performance, inventory, and other key metrics
- Communicate regularly with sellers to share updates, best practices, and new feature/program announcements
- Communicating to Pop Consultants throughout the sales process
