What You’ll Do
Premium Seller Growth Specialist serves as the primary driver of network growth, focusing on identifying high-value seller partnerships and facilitating their integration into Pop Sells. This role is dedicated exclusively to expanding our Premium Seller Network through targeted business development, relationship management, and account acquisitions.
Business Development & Prospecting
- Prospect Identification: Research, identify, and qualify high-potential premium seller candidates using market analysis and data-driven targeting methods
- Outreach: Develop and implement prospecting campaigns including cold calling, email and social media engagement, and direct marketing initiatives
- Professional Presentations: Design and deliver pitch deck presentations that effectively communicate
- PSN value propositions and benefits
Account Acquisition & Onboarding
- Agreement: Facilitate agreement discussion and guide prospects through the decision-making process while addressing concerns and objections
- Document Management: Oversee complete agreement execution process and collect required documentation
- Onboarding: Coordinate initial onboarding processes, including system setup, inventory information, and creating listing to ensure a smooth transition to PSN Account Specialist
Account Management
- Account Transition: Execute detailed handoff procedures to Premium Seller Account Specialist, providing account listings, required documentation, and relationship history
- Analytics & Reporting: Maintain prospect tracking systems and provide regular conversion analytics, performance metrics, and pipeline reporting to management
Seller Relations
- Regular Communication: Establish and maintain consistent communication with prospective sellers to share platform updates, industry best practices, and new feature announcements
- Listing Creation & Management: Gather information required for listing creation, including unit specifications, pricing, and photos
- Platform Operations: Build listings within the DieHard system, create detailed listing notes and manage document uploads
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify high-potential premium seller candidates
- Execute outreach and conduct pitch deck presentations for PSN enrollment
- Facilitate agreement discussions, document execution, and initial onboarding processes
- Ensure seamless handoff to PSN Account Specialist with complete account information and requirements
- Maintain detailed prospect tracking and provide regular conversion analytics
- Communicate regularly with sellers to share updates, best practices, and new feature/program announcements
- Gathering all required information to create a listing
- Building the listings in DieHard
- Create listing details
- Uploading documents
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with a diverse range of sellers
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
- Demonstrated ability to complete projects and deliverables in a timely manner
- High attention to detail and data accuracy
- Familiarity with creating and optimizing product listings and advertisements
- Represent Pop’s GOAT values
- Knowledge of PSN agreement & process
- Strong ability to problem- solve
- Dedication to customer service
