What You’ll Do
You’re a strategic, hands-on marketing leader who thrives at the intersection of creativity, analytics, and execution. You understand the unique challenges of retail-driven industries like automotive, marine, and recreational vehicles and know how to turn brand vision into measurable growth. You balance performance-driven tactics with long-term brand building, and you’re comfortable leading a cross-functional team while rolling up your sleeves when needed. You are data-driven, customer-obsessed, and thrive in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments.
You’ll support leadership in the direction and management of all paid digital campaigns, including search, shopping, and social advertising. Your role will focus on optimizing spend, testing new channels, and ensuring campaigns directly support lead generation and sales growth.
- Shape how the market perceives Pop Sells by managing press outreach, industry thought leadership, and proactive reputation building.
- Maintain positive customer sentiment, guiding reviews, and ensuring we’re seen as a trusted leader in our space.
- Lead the development of an authentic, engaging social presence that builds community and drives awareness.
- Grow partnerships with industry influencers, ambassadors, and organizations that expand our reach and reinforce our credibility.
- Design communication strategies that nurture customers through their entire journey — from first touch to post-sale loyalty.
- Create automated flows, seasonal campaigns, and storytelling that resonate with both buyers and sellers.
- Engage with developers, the data, sales teams, and leadership to drive sales growth and profitability in a proprietary environment at the core of a transactional, intelligence driven model.
- Ensure our brand is consistent and compelling across every channel.
- Oversee design direction, brand adherence, presentations/collateral development, managing creative asset production, and guiding video and long-form content that highlights the Pop Sells story.
- Drive both internal and external messaging to and through a distributed, independent channel of sales professionals.
- Responsible for ensuring we show up where buyers and sellers are searching. This includes guiding technical SEO, developing content strategies, and optimizing third-party listings and review platforms to maximize visibility and trust.
- Manage relationships with external listing sites and partners, ensuring that our inventory is showcased accurately, efficiently, and with strong performance outcomes.
- Lead the planning and execution of events, trade shows, and internal meetings.
What We’re Looking For
- Social media, and content strategy.
- Strong expertise in brand storytelling, customer sentiment management, and building partnerships with influencers, media, and industry organizations.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools including SEO, analytics, and automated campaign flows, with the ability to drive visibility and engagement across channels.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Communications, Marketing or related field
