What You’ll Do:
We’re seeking a results-driven Acquisition Sales Manager to lead and scale a high-performing team responsible for growing the supply side of our leading Recreational and Commercial vehicle marketplaces. This leader will drive dealer acquisition strategy, coach and develop sales talent, and accelerate revenue growth through disciplined execution and performance management.
In this role, you will own the end-to-end acquisition engine—from territory planning and prospecting strategy to closing, onboarding, and long-term dealer activation. You will set clear performance expectations, establish KPIs, monitor pipeline health, and ensure consistent attainment of revenue targets.
You’ll play a critical role in building a scalable sales culture rooted in accountability, coaching, and continuous improvement. By partnering cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Operations, you’ll refine messaging, optimize go-to-market strategy, and position our digital advertising solutions as performance-driven, must-have channels for dealers.
This role sits at the intersection of sales leadership, ad-tech, and marketplaces. You’ll empower your team to understand dealer marketing objectives, consult strategically, and deliver measurable ROI through our advertising products. Responsibilities include but are not limited:
Build, coach and develop a high-performing digital sales team with a focus on acquiring new business and consistently exceed revenue goals.
Work directly with sales professionals to provide direction and leadership in the development and closing of sales opportunities using a consultative sales approach, providing expertise to directly drive revenue and expand the footprint of Trader Interactive’s digital solutions.
Conduct regular one-on-ones, performance reviews, and pipeline coaching sessions.
Build, document, and continuously improve new business development playbooks and processes.
Use data-driven insights to adjust strategy, coaching, and resourcing.
Monitor funnel metrics and conversion rates to optimize team performance.
What We’re Looking For:
5+ years of B2B digital marketing/advertising in account management and/or business development experience.
2+ years experience in people management.
Demonstrated track record of over-achievement of budget & KPI expectations.
Experience selling B2B Digital Marketing solutions (Marketplace, Media, or Marketing preferred).
Self-motivated, highly organized, and goal-oriented.
CRM experience, we use Salesforce.
Comfortable developing actionable insights from large data sets.
Bonus Points:
Experiences, knowledge and decision maker relationships within the Recreational (Powersports, Recreational Vehicle, Marine) and Commercial(Commercial Truck, Heavy Equipment) industries.
Familiarity with digital marketing, media sales, or technology platforms.
Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related discipline.
