What You’ll Do:
We are seeking a strategic and data-driven Sales Operations Analyst to manage day-to-day and business operations projects to support the sales organization. In this role, you will drive operational excellence across the revenue organization by optimizing CRM processes, managing data integrity, supporting pipeline visibility, and delivering insights that accelerate revenue growth. You will play a critical role in ensuring accurate data, scalable processes, and reporting that supports customer acquisition, retention, and account expansion.
The ideal candidate brings deep Salesforce expertise, strong business acumen, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights. This role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
Strategic Revenue Operations Partnership
Lead high-impact operational initiatives that support growth, scalability, and organizational efficiency.
Partner cross-functionally to align Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success operations and ensure seamless lead-to-revenue processes.
Act as a trusted advisor to Sales leadership by providing data-driven insights that inform forecasting, account management, and revenue growth.
Revenue & Pipeline Operations
Maintain pipeline accuracy and visibility across new business, expansion, and renewal opportunities.
Support forecasting processes by ensuring CRM data integrity and consistent stage definitions.
Partner with Sales and Marketing to optimize lead routing, scoring, and SLA adherence.
Design and maintain dashboards and reports for Sales leadership and executive stakeholders to support performance tracking, pipeline health, and revenue forecasting.
CRM & Data Management
Own data integrity within Salesforce (or equivalent CRM), including accounts, contacts, opportunities, and marketplace participants.
Ensure accurate territory assignments, account hierarchies, and ownership alignment.
Develop and enforce data standards, validation processes, and best practices across the organization.
Evaluate and recommend system enhancements to improve automation, reporting accuracy, and user experience.
Oversee lead routing logic and account assignment frameworks to optimize coverage and response time.
What We’re Looking For:
4–6+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Business Operations.
Advanced Salesforce expertise (configuration, reporting, dashboards; certification preferred).
Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets with experience handling complex datasets.
Demonstrated experience conducting pipeline and sales performance analysis.
Proven ability to influence stakeholders and present insights to senior leadership.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
