Sales Executive

We’re hiring a Sales Executive to focus on new dealer acquisition across our marketplace brands.
The Role
This is a new business role. You’ll be responsible for building pipeline, creating demand, and closing net-new dealer accounts within your territory.
You’ll manage the full sales cycle, from outbound prospecting through close, using a consultative approach to position our marketplace solutions as a meaningful driver of dealer growth.
This role is best suited for someone who is motivated by winning new business, operates with urgency, and takes ownership of their results.
What You’ll Do
Prospect and engage dealers through outbound outreach and inbound follow-up
Build and maintain a strong pipeline to consistently achieve revenue targets
Run effective discovery to understand dealer needs, challenges, and goals
Present digital advertising and marketplace solutions aligned to dealer outcomes
Develop and deliver proposals grounded in data and expected ROI
Manage pipeline, forecasting, and activity tracking in Salesforce
Close new business and consistently meet or exceed quota
What We’re Looking For
2+ years of B2B sales experience, in digital marketing, media, and/or marketplaces
Proven ability to generate pipeline and close new business
Strong discovery, communication, and closing skills
Experience managing a full sales cycle from prospecting to close
Comfort using CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and sales technology
Ability to use data and insights to support a consultative sales approach
Self-motivated, disciplined, and comfortable working in a performance-driven environment
Nice to Have
Experience selling to dealers or SMB customers
Background in automotive, RV, marine, powersports, or commercial truck / equipment

The expected base compensation for this role is CAD $31.25 - $40.81 hourly plus commission
