VP, Revenue Operations
Are you ready to be a big part of something big?
At Trader Interactive, we make buying and selling a great experience. We’re a group of go-getters who decided they didn’t want to settle for the status quo. We come together as one team to build value and drive innovation across our industries - but we have fun while we do it and make sure our people are always our #1 priority.
When it comes to your career, we want to provide big opportunities to help you make a big impact. But for this to be possible, we strive to feel small. Small enough to quickly change tack, small enough to learn from different teams and small enough to connect authentically with leadership.
What We Offer:
An inclusive and supportive work environment where you can move your career forward and will have the chance to do work that has real, significant impact on the world.
The opportunity to be a part of a global group of digital marketplace businesses (CAR Group) located across Australia, Brazil, Chile and South Korea - collectively we have around 2,500 team members worldwide, and our CAR Group Tour means you might just find yourself working in one of those businesses sometime soon.
Plenty of flexible leave options and employee benefits including up to 31 days of paid time off in your first year, continuing education with access to LinkedIn Learning, a full benefits package including medical, dental & vision, 401K with company match, and wellness program.
What You’ll Do:
We are seeking a Vice President of Revenue Operations to design and scale the systems that power our GTM engine. In this role, you will unify Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance under a single, data-driven revenue strategy, driving predictable, efficient, and sustainable growth.
This is a highly strategic, hands-on leadership position responsible for building the processes, tools, and insights that will enable the company to scale from its current stage to the next level of growth.
As a key partner to the executive team, you will translate company strategy into operational execution, ensuring the revenue engine runs with precision, alignment, and measurable impact.
Strategic Leadership & Revenue Planning:
Develop and execute the overall Revenue Operations strategy aligned with company objectives.
Partner with executive leadership to define go-to-market strategy and lead annual and quarterly planning, including segmentation, territory design, quota setting, and resource allocation.
Performance, Analytics & Forecasting:
Establish and scale a robust analytics framework to track pipeline health, conversion rates, and overall revenue performance.
Own forecasting accuracy and pipeline visibility, delivering actionable insights to support data-driven decision-making and executive reporting.
Revenue Process & Lifecycle Optimization:
Design and optimize end-to-end revenue processes across the full customer lifecycle from lead generation through deal execution, retention, and expansion.
Identify inefficiencies and implement scalable processes that improve conversion, velocity, and revenue outcomes.
Technology & Data Infrastructure:
Own the strategy, implementation, and optimization of the revenue technology stack (e.g., CRM, marketing automation, analytics tools).
Ensure seamless system integration and establish a single source of truth across all go-to-market data.
Cross-Functional Alignment & Team Leadership:
Drive alignment across Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Finance through shared KPIs and standardized processes.
Build and lead a high-performing Revenue Operations organization, fostering a culture of accountability, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.
What We’re Looking For:
10+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Business Operations
Proven track record building and scaling RevOps in high-growth B2B environments
Deep expertise in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), forecasting, and revenue analytics
Strong understanding of end-to-end revenue processes (lead-to-cash)
Experience partnering with Finance on planning, compensation, and performance
Executive presence with the ability to influence and align senior stakeholders
Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on in a fast-paced environment
