The Role
This is a new business role. Your focus is winning new dealers, not managing existing ones.
You'll own the full sales cycle, from cold outreach to signed deal, bringing net-new dealers onto our marketplace brands. You'll have the data, the tools, and the brand recognition to win. The pipeline you build is yours. So is the upside.

Run sharp discovery, present tailored solutions, and close
Use data and insights to make ROI obvious
Own your funnel in Salesforce with accurate forecasts and disciplined activity
Partner with onboarding and account teams to set new dealers up to win

What You'll Bring
2+ years of B2B sales with a track record of hitting (and beating) quota
Proven ability to generate your own pipeline and close net-new business
Strong discovery, negotiation, and closing skills
Comfort in Salesforce (or similar CRM) and using data to sell
Bonus Points
Sales experience in digital marketing, media, or online marketplaces
Background selling to dealers or SMBs
Experience in automotive, RV, marine, powersports, or commercial truck / equipment

Compensation On Target Earnings of $140,000 to $180,000 CAD. Commission is uncapped, so your earnings are tied directly to your results. Top performers have the ability to earn well beyond OTE.
